What I'm looking for

I seek roles leveraging NGS and computational protein design in collaborative, research-driven teams where I can build production pipelines, drive assay validation, and translate in silico designs to wet-lab validation.

I am a bioinformatics scientist with multi-year experience applying NGS, Python, cloud computing, and statistical methods to advance oncology and R&D assays. I have supported FDA validation projects, improved assay failure modes, and built production workflows for clinical and research environments.

My work spans industry, clinical labs, startups, and consulting — from designing de novo protein and antibody binders to automating variant annotation and high-throughput binder characterization. I have delivered pipelines using Docker, Conda, AWS/GCP, and tools such as samtools, bwa, GATK, salmon, and AlphaFold2.

I combine wet-lab experience in cytogenetics and cancer genetics with computational strength to translate designs into validated results, lead teams, and support commercialization and regulatory efforts.
