I am a Senior Recruiter and HR Generalist with nine years of experience recruiting across international, start-up, and corporate IT environments. I specialize in hiring engineering, product, facilities, HR and marketing roles across EMEA while serving as a trusted partner to hiring managers.

At Apptio Poland I served as the first in-country recruiter and designed local recruitment strategies for a site launch, supporting rapid team growth and delivering structured hiring plans. I have led end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding, and I coach hiring managers on interview best practices.

Previously at Grid Dynamics I recruited for Java, Full Stack, QA, Big Data and DevOps roles, monitored recruitment and HR KPIs, ensured compliance with Polish labor law and GDPR, and prepared contracts and offers when needed. I also led internship programs, mentoring, and employer branding efforts including events and conferences.
