Control of financial flows, building, analysis and presentation of KPIs and improvement of routine processes. My internship project restructured the area of Brazil Finance Physical Distribution based on three pillars: Process Mapping (PMBOK), Consolidated Bi Management and Sharepoint. Construction of new KPIs, led activities with other interns and gave training to analysts on Power Bi and VBA.
