I’m a dedicated, detail-oriented professional with extensive experience in medical billing and accounts receivable (AR) management, built on years of strong client relations and customer service. I bring communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments.

Since November 2021, I’ve worked as a Medical Biller – Accounts Receivable (AR), focusing on insurance claims follow-up and resolution, data entry, and record management. Earlier, I developed customer-facing expertise through roles including Croupier at Le Grand Casino and Hostess at the National Theatre Bitola, and I hold a Teacher degree from the Faculty of Education.
