What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a nursing role where I can deliver attentive patient support, follow care plans, and maintain safety and accurate documentation, with a team that values clear communication and continuous learning.

I am currently in process of my nursing education and hold a current nursing license. In my Nurse role in Thoracic Vascular Surgery, I supported patient care through laboratory work, transfusion, medication administration, wound care dressings, and monitoring vital parameters.

As a caregiver for elderly people and people with special needs, I provided hands-on personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, and eating) and followed prescribed healthcare plans. I also supported exercise, administered medication, ensured home safety, assisted with mobility, and transported clients to medical appointments.

Alongside direct care, I worked as a Medical Biller, handling timely, accurate billing and reimbursement. I reviewed explanations of benefits for errors and denials, submitted appeals per AMA guidelines and contracts, and contacted insurance carriers to correct and resolve claims, using spreadsheets to track issues.

My hospitality background strengthened my customer-focused communication and organized workflow. I built trust through reservation management, guest support, and clear reporting—skills that carry into how I coordinate patient and family needs with care teams.
