I’m a Senior Program Manager with 10 years in IT and 7+ years of direct P&L and organizational ownership across large-scale engineering programs. I built and scaled AI-enabled delivery capabilities across a 55-person distributed organization, improving gross margin from 25% to 34% and doubling migration throughput.

In my current role, I direct a 55-person distributed engineering organization across 7 delivery teams, supporting a US restaurant operations platform used by 150,000+ locations. I lead enterprise POS migration for 234 clients—driving cycle time from 17.3 to 6.9 working days per client through complexity-based prioritization, workflow redesign, and portfolio-level delivery intelligence.

I’m especially proud of leading AI adoption at delivery scale: I initiated a 1.5-person AI-first team to unblock a legacy iOS migration (Objective-C to Flutter), delivering 20% of a stalled scope in 6 weeks with validated production output. I also built an ML engineering team to ship first AI-powered features in production, including demand forecasting and voice-to-inventory recognition.

Because I have a developer background, I stay credible at the engineering level while keeping a business lens on execution, profitability, and workforce strategy. I partner with client executives and engineering leadership to align roadmap execution, govern portfolio health and staffing risks, and deliver measurable outcomes—turning delivery complexity into execution clarity.
