What I'm looking for

I’m looking to join a data-driven public health team where I can lead monitoring, evaluation, and health information workflows—training staff, improving data quality, and building dashboards that support timely decisions.

I’m a dependable, analytical health information and monitoring & evaluation professional with experience compiling and validating high-quality data for performance reviews and program decision-making. I focus on improving processes and workflows so teams can act faster on reliable indicators.

At Finney Hospital and Fertility Centre, I’ve handled daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring of raw data (including DHIMS2 entry), built reports for internal and district performance reviews, and supported training on health information management. I also conduct staff and patient satisfaction surveys, organize workshops, and educate teams on best practices for EHR systems and health information technology.

Previously, I worked across medical biostatistics and data initiatives—designing survey and data collection tools, compiling mortality reports, running quality control checks, and creating automated dashboards. I’ve also supervised and trained field teams for census activities and used QGIS to generate population distribution maps, combining statistical rigor with practical leadership.
