I served as the primary contact for carriers, brokers, and TPAs, resolving complex benefit inquiries and coordinating FMLA and statutory leave processing with third-party administrators and Payroll.
I audited insurance invoices, maintained benefits SOPs and training materials, and applied ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, and COBRA-aware compliance practices. I also led benefits communication and education for open enrollment.
