Before my customer experience roles, I worked as an Events Organizer—building spatial plans, coordinating guest reception and space allocation, and overseeing catering and beverage services for seamless execution. I’m eager to bring that same organization, communication, and problem-solving approach to help Skybound Getaways strengthen client satisfaction in a remote environment.
