What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own data operations—cleaning datasets, building dashboards in Looker, and automating workflows—while also supporting customers and troubleshooting web hosting and infrastructure issues.

I handle B2B and B2C escalations and back-office ticket workflows at Bolt Technology OÜ, turning messy datasets into daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

On the data side, I’ve built and maintained Looker dashboards and VAT analytics, and I use UI.Vision JSON/CSV automation to run background actions and driver blocking workflows.

I also work directly with operational infrastructure—DNS/cPanel administration, WordPress troubleshooting, and database updates—through GoDaddy support for TsoHost customers.

From Webhelp Romania to CGS Romania, I’ve processed queues in Salesforce/Zendesk and supported hardware and software issues end to end, while keeping Excel logs and compliance escalations organized.
