I’m looking to build automation-ready web/CRM systems powered by AI—streamlining workflows, lead capture, and content operations. I want cross-functional collaboration with teams that value practical delivery, process optimization, and measurable performance improvements.

I’m an AI-focused digital systems specialist who turns business problems into practical automation-ready solutions—connecting websites, CRM, forms, data flows, and AI-assisted content and operations. Since January 2023, I’ve built business automation workflows, CRM systems, web products, and internal tools for small businesses and startups, using advanced prompting to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and delivery.

At IndigoDoors, I managed Bitrix24 CRM, set up sales pipelines and automated follow-ups, and integrated website forms to improve lead capture and handoff speed between marketing and sales. Earlier, as a Sales & CRM Operations Manager, I led sales operations for a team of 7 reps—improving CRM usage, reporting, and sales performance.
