Lead product direction and design across the BAKS ecosystem: StatTrak, BAKS.gg, Econix and BAKS Esports. Turn strategy into roadmaps, set priorities, brief and review design and engineering work, and own UX architecture, key flows, prototypes and design systems. Impact areas include check-in completion, onboarding to first match, matchmaking time, repeat play and fair-play incidents.

Leads a product and brand design group across a high-traffic, multi-region platform, setting direction, assigning work, and reviewing quality. Aligns product, engineering, marketing, and regional teams while staying hands-on in research, UX architecture, AI-assisted prototyping, and delivery.

Design zero-to-one consumer products, ecommerce experiences and brand systems across independent and self-initiated work. Selected projects include Wivo, an AI-assisted fashion discovery and virtual styling concept, and Insuro, a multilingual car-insurance quote and comparison experience for Cyprus. Own product framing, user journeys, UX/UI, prototyping, design systems and identity.

Worked with the art director on visual direction and production for major sports campaigns. Developed concepts, key visuals, identity elements, merchandise and campaign assets; helped brief and review designers; coordinated work from concept to delivery across digital, social and offline formats. Projects included Winline Winter Cup, Heroes of RPL, Street Football, Padel and Sports & Tech.

Designed identities, merchandise, websites and digital products for sports clubs, federations and events, from research and concepts to guidelines and launch. Helped grow the agency's digital practice through web and interactive projects. The Nizhny Novgorod Residents collection won Best Merchandise of the Season; the 100 Years of Volleyball case reached 50,000+ views.

Designed interfaces and visual systems for a global mobile-esports platform. Contributed to its website redesign, product communication and modular visual systems, and adapted web/social content for CIS, MENA, Europe and North America. Delivered two regional tournament systems and 10+ recurring content formats; impact areas included registration completion, engagement and production speed.
