What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead product design for complex digital products, build scalable design systems and teams, and deliver AI-enabled experiences from research through production.

I've led product design for Tmate (jobski.tech), building design operations, recruiting and developing designers, and aligning design systems with Product and Engineering.

I designed and implemented AI microservices in production features and use AI tools for research synthesis, hypothesis generation, rapid prototyping, UX copywriting, and design asset automation.

At Constanta, I built and led design teams for sports tech and betting products including Fonbet, Paribet, Bettery, and OSAI. I led Fonbet's iOS and Android ecosystem redesign and designed interfaces for real-time sports statistics, computer vision platforms, and AR scenarios.

As co-founder of Norder Digital Agency, I created digital product concepts, brand identities, web and mobile interfaces, prototypes, motion graphics, and illustrations while managing design delivery for diverse clients.
