At FLR Holdings UK Limited, I built and operate Polyosync, an AI workforce platform for business automation. It coordinates specialised AI Employees and supports autonomous workflows within explicit permissions, approval, cost and execution boundaries.
I designed Polyosync’s frontend architecture and UX/UI, turning complex AI and backend capabilities into responsive enterprise interfaces for dashboards, workflow configuration, integrations and governance.
I built orchestration for multi-step workflows, including dependencies, approvals, external events, verification and escalation. Human-in-the-loop controls let sensitive operations pause for authorised approval before continuing.
I also implemented an AI provider layer for OpenAI and DeepSeek, along with enterprise API and webhook foundations. In freelance, NDA-protected engagements, I delivered software engineering work involving AI functionality, automation, APIs, integrations and business systems.
