What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote or hybrid operations or coordination role with a tournament organisation across Europe, where I can combine my delivery-network leadership experience with CS2 community moderation and streaming.

I've managed end-to-end courier operations as General Manager at Alexas Trans LTD, leading in-house drivers, improving delivery efficiency, and maintaining client service quality.

I build operational and performance reports to optimise routes, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction. I've also recruited, trained, and supervised courier staff while managing invoicing, budgets, cost analysis, and client billing.

Previously, I coached around 90 employees at Alitalia across back-office, complaints, and consumer care teams, using Avaya, CRM systems, and SABRE to manage performance and complex customer claims.

Alongside operations work, I moderate communities for high-skilled Romanian CS2 streamers, including professional players, and produce CS2 gaming content through my own TikTok livestreaming channel.
