Co-led UX strategy and end-to-end product design across startups and independent projects in fintech, SaaS, e-commerce, and edtech, owning discovery, user research, usability testing, MVP definition, and design systems. Currently focused on Web3 and blockchain products with mobile-first experiences for decentralized platforms and early-stage startups.

Contributed to UX strategy and end-to-end design for Direct Energy customer flows (plan renewals, energy usage, billing, and transfer of service) supporting 3M+ residential energy users across Texas and the Northeast. Co-led a mobile experience redesign for iOS and Android and a mobile design system in partnership with Product, Engineering, and Marketing.

Led a full mobile app redesign for a telecom client, improving usability and conversion and supporting a three-year client contract renewal. Established a user-centered design process and improved designer–engineer collaboration to enable scalable implementation and ongoing delivery.

Led design and delivery of the Salesforce Philanthropy Cloud Android app from concept to release in under one year, alongside ongoing improvements for the iOS app. Drove cross-platform design improvements and designed a condensed version of the product for the Slack ecosystem.

Designed mobile and responsive web experiences for enterprise clients across North and South America, including prototyping, design systems, redesigns, and UI explorations. Worked across industries such as fintech, e-commerce, healthcare, and communication tools, including prototyping with AI-related approaches.

Designed a white-label restaurant loyalty platform across mobile, web, and Spanish-native kiosk experiences, including online ordering, payments, rewards, and coupon redemption. Built an admin web experience with transaction monitoring, sales analytics, and performance reporting for restaurant operators.

Earned a BA in Architecture Design at the National University of Asuncion.
