I am a detail-oriented and motivated professional with a diverse background spanning pharmaceuticals, customer service, technical support, and digital marketing. I combine hands-on operational experience with administrative and e‑commerce leadership to drive reliable results.

My early career focused on pharmaceutical operations and export, including roles in central pharmacy duties and order preparation. I later led after-sales service and technical support, gaining experience managing customer-facing technical workflows.

For nearly a decade I headed an e-shop and the digital marketing department for a cosmetics brand, where I developed and executed online sales strategies and managed digital channels to grow the business. I am proficient with Windows-based PC environments and Office applications.

I hold a degree from London Metropolitan University in Financial Studies and Business Administration, speak excellent English and satisfactory Italian, and bring a practical, service-oriented approach to roles that require organization, customer focus, and digital commerce know-how.
