I seek a people-first role where I can build or scale HR functions, partner with leadership, and drive data-informed talent strategies in a growth-oriented company.

I’m a People & Culture leader with hands-on experience building People functions from scratch in fast-growing digital health and tech organizations. I set up recruiting, onboarding, HR tech and employer branding, grew clinical and tech teams rapidly, and delivered measurable savings and operational improvements.

I partner closely with CEOs and leadership to align people strategy with business goals, lead talent acquisition and development, and run external advisory and community initiatives. I’ve scaled teams, launched newsletters and podcasts, and helped organizations professionalize HR processes across multiple markets.
