What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer-focused role in a multilingual, tourism-related environment where I can manage bookings, handle inquiries and complaints, and use my translation skills to support partners—ideally with remote flexibility and room to grow.

I bring over a decade of experience in customer service, translations, and tourism management. I support clients across Hungarian, English, and Croatian channels with a focus on clear communication and accurate follow-through.

In my recent roles, I’ve worked 100% remote handling bookings for clients, managing cancellations and rebookings, responding to complaints, and coordinating with apartment owners and partners. I also manage data entry and updates to partner data, and translate between Hungarian, English, and Croatian to keep everything consistent.

I’ve complemented this customer-focused work with creative contributions—designing banners, logos, greetings, and promotional materials for my local team. With a background in tourism management and graphic design/CAD, I enjoy roles where service excellence and multilingual accuracy directly support business growth.
