What I'm looking for

I’m transitioning into Meetings & Events and am currently completing Cvent certifications.

At Leonardo Royal Hotel Amsterdam, I coordinate daily bar and restaurant operations and completed cross-training with the Meetings & Events team. I prepared BEOs, managed groups in Opera PMS, and worked directly with corporate event clients.

I co-organised student events at ISCAL, including Bênção das Fitas for approximately 5,000 attendees and three national sports tournaments. I’m currently completing Cvent certifications in Event Diagramming, Event Management, Supplier Network, and Hybrid Events.

At Deloitte Portugal, I led a QA team supporting Canadian insurance clients, planning and executing test cases and coordinating defect triage. I also created compliance-focused test plans aligned to regulatory updates.
