At Consensys, I provide technical support for Web3 products, wallets, and blockchain transactions through live and ticket-based workflows. I reproduce product issues, troubleshoot user flows, and turn technical findings into practical guidance for users.
I investigate phishing, compromised wallets, investment scams, and unauthorised transactions across EVM-compatible networks, Solana, Bitcoin, and TRON. I combine blockchain, internal log, security-tool, and open-source research to document incidents, triage risk, escalate complex cases, and identify recurring scam patterns.
My biomedical engineering background strengthened my ability to diagnose faults, maintain technical documentation, and communicate clearly in high-pressure environments. I’m building further cybersecurity capability through Google, IBM, EC-Council, and ISC2 training.
