I'm looking for a role where I can manage and improve commercial contract workflows, partner with cross-functional teams, apply LegalOps and AI tools, and continue building expertise in scalable, compliant contract operations.

At 3SC, I review, redline, draft, and negotiate high-volume SaaS, AaaS, PaaS, licensing, vendor, lease, and service agreements. I use playbooks, clause libraries, and AI-assisted review tools to identify risk, support compliance, and help Sales, Operations, Finance, and technical teams execute contracts efficiently.

Previously, I structured MSAs and SLAs, supported cross-border legal research across the USA, Canada, UK, Netherlands, and Singapore, and helped startups and SMEs translate business objectives into enforceable terms.
