I've improved contract efficiency through Conga Contract Intelligence, AI-powered tools, process automation, and centralized repository management while partnering with Sales, Finance, Delivery, and Compliance teams. Alongside this, I advise Consumer Cloud Technologies Services on commercial contracts, due diligence, compliance, and Indian-law risk, building on earlier experience in insolvency, debt recovery, litigation, taxation, GST, and legal research.
