I advise on indemnities, intellectual property, data protection, confidentiality, limitation of liability, and risk allocation across NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, RFPs, vendor agreements, and SaaS arrangements. I use Icertis CLM and AI-powered contract review tools to support contract creation, approvals, abstraction, and risk flagging.

I've also trained new team members, coordinated with compliance and internal legal teams, and supported legal research and drafting through internships with the Chambers of Pinky Anand, Delhi High Court, and law firms in Noida.
