What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my commercial contract, technology transaction, contract lifecycle management, and data protection experience in a legal or legal operations role supporting technology-focused businesses.

At Global Lawyers LLP, I drafted, reviewed, negotiated, and redlined 20+ commercial contracts monthly for technology clients, including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, SaaS/PaaS agreements, IT services agreements, vendor agreements, and amendments. I also managed the end-to-end lifecycle of more than 50 commercial agreements, from drafting and renewals through execution, termination, and compliance monitoring.

I've advised technology companies on IT Act, 2000 and DPDPA, 2023 compliance, assessed contractual risk across privacy, liability, confidentiality, indemnities, and cross-border transactions, and collaborated with business, procurement, sales, legal stakeholders, and external counsel. My earlier work included contractual documentation, legal research, arbitration submissions, dispute strategy, and regulatory compliance support.
