ANCHAL SHUKLA

I've supported NOODIYOS across strategy, growth, operations, product, and special projects in an early-stage startup environment. I conduct business, market, and competitor research to inform decisions and uncover growth opportunities.

I manage projects from problem identification through research, planning, execution, and follow-up, translating business requirements into actionable workflows. I also contribute to internal processes, documentation, project tracking, and cross-functional coordination.

Alongside business work, I've supported backend development at NOODIYOS and created 150+ social media creatives for Pehchaan The Street School. My work spans visual communication, technical requirements, and time-sensitive delivery.

Through BakeBee and an independent business strategy and operations simulation, I've applied research, product development, inventory-management thinking, and structured business-process design to real operational challenges.
