I’m looking for a remote position in customer support, email support, or administrative work where I can use my skills, learn new tools, and contribute to a supportive team.

I am a motivated and reliable professional with experience in customer service, hospitality, and daily business operations.
Through my work at Kafeigroteka Smajli, I developed communication, organization, multitasking, and problem-solving skills while assisting customers, processing payments, and supporting daily tasks.

I have C1-level English proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
I am comfortable learning new tools, following instructions, and adapting to different responsibilities.

I am particularly interested in remote customer support, email and chat support, and administrative assistant positions.
