What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue supporting protection, humanitarian response, community outreach, and multilingual communication work where I can improve access to services for vulnerable people.

I've supported protection and emergency-response work with IOM and UNHCR in Slovakia, delivering counselling, cash-assistance enrolment support, translation, interpretation, and community workshops for people under Temporary Protection.

At UNHCR, I created and translated 182+ textual and visual communications items across English, Ukrainian, Slovak, and Russian, supported seven cash-assistance programmes, and helped launch a Regional Call Centre by coordinating referrals and training operators. I was recognized with the UNHCR Volunteer Service Award for outstanding client care.

Earlier, I handled 200+ customer tickets per shift and tested user flows at Fibrotx OÜ, while also designing and delivering training for students and beauty-school learners.
