As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over a decade of experience, I am dedicated to creating individualized plans tailored to the unique abilities and needs of each learner. My journey began with a B.A. in Psychology and Italian Studies from the University of Colorado at Boulder, followed by a Master’s in Special Education with a focus on Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University. This educational background has provided me with a solid foundation to excel in my field.

Throughout my career, I have held various positions, including my current role as an Assessment Specialist at Behavioral Innovations, where I lead Telehealth services for the Colorado and Oklahoma regions. My responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing intervention plans, and collaborating with families and professionals to ensure the best outcomes for my clients. I have successfully piloted and grown a Telehealth program, demonstrating my ability to adapt and innovate in a rapidly changing environment.
