Anas Messaoudi

I’m a recent Computer Science graduate focused on Big Data & Data Analytics, with a strong foundation in computer systems, new technologies, and teamwork. I’m motivated to learn quickly from professionals while sharing what I know to help teams move faster and better.

In my role as an English-Speaking Customer Care Specialist at Booking.com (ASSISTDIGITAL), I handle customer and partner calls, manage backoffice work through mailing and messaging, and manipulate tickets and service cases in CRM software. I also investigate and report fraud activities, turning messy situations into clear, actionable outcomes.

My technical path includes MTA-focused work in Power BI and SQL Server integration (SSIS), plus practical exposure to analytics and reporting. As a WebMaster - Business Analyst (Mazzaro Milano), I combined software testing with Selenium, SQL and Excel-based analysis (Moving Average, Linear Regression), and data visualization with Power BI—while also supporting database administration.

Through internships at Yess Consulting, I built real modules inside the YessClever ERP, including Work Cycles Management and Task Scheduling, and migrated source code from Java 8 to Java 11. I’ve also developed a company website and job application area, working across front-end (HTML5/CSS3/Bootstrap, AngularJS) and back-end (Spring Boot, REST APIs, PostgreSQL), always aiming for reliable, maintainable results.
