At TCC, I developed, maintained, and enhanced a CRM application for customer relationship management and business operations. I also implemented VoIP integration features for call management and customer interaction tracking.
At LEONI, I contributed to a Capex Planner platform through front-end development, form integration, and data visualization. I supported requirements analysis, translated needs into user stories and workflows, and participated in UAT preparation and execution.
My projects include an industrial ERP system using Dolibarr, a medical practice management data analysis dashboard, and an Amazon-style e-commerce website using WordPress. I also simulated infrastructure with CloudSim and deployed a private cloud using Nextcloud.
