In my current role as Guest Services Attendant at Four Seasons Hotel Baku, I perform front office operations, support junior staff, ensure financial controls, and pursue upsell opportunities that enhance revenue and guest experience.

Previously I served as Receptionist/Night Auditor in Salalah, Oman, handling night audits, coordinating with housekeeping, producing reports, and collaborating with finance to ensure billing accuracy. I have managed F&B operations and retail teams, recruiting and training staff and driving sales improvements.
