I have practical site supervision experience across multiple developments, coordinating teams and ensuring projects adhere to plans and instructions. I communicate clearly, adapt easily to different work teams, and consistently perform well under pressure.

My strengths include negotiation, building rapport with clients and collaborators, and navigating complex conversations with clarity and empathy. I am determined, persistent, and committed to achieving project goals while maintaining quality standards.

I am proficient with AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office, and Photoshop, and fluent in Spanish with basic English and Italian skills. I seek roles where I can apply sustainable architecture practices and grow as a construction and project leader.
