What I'm looking for

I'm looking for roles that combine architectural design, BIM/project leadership and teaching, in collaborative firms that value innovation, technology and mentorship.

I've spent 28 years working across design and construction, developing architectural projects from healthcare and education to hospitality, cannabis facilities and urban design. I combine hands-on construction supervision with architectural design, BIM coordination and 3D visualization skills.

I've founded and led DERAStudio and worked at Pathangay Architects, managing projects, BIM workflows and deliverables for hospitals, dispensaries, residential and commercial buildings across Mexico, the U.S. and international collaborations. I teach Revit, 3D modeling and rendering and have trained teams in software and project execution.

I seek to innovate through research, context and technology—leveraging Revit, Unreal Engine, 3DMax, Twinmotion and Gen AI to deliver enduring, well-coordinated projects while mentoring teams and improving construction outcomes.
