What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead and supervise architectural and landscape projects centered on sustainability—handling executive design, budgets/unit prices, technical documentation, and on-site execution.

I’m a professional architect with extensive experience designing and supervising executive projects across commercial, residential, and public works. I focus on sustainable building principles, from early technical analysis to budgets, unit prices, and construction monitoring.

Since 2015, I’ve worked in freelance and with various commercial-sector clients, developing executive projects for shopping centers, landscape architecture for common areas, and remodeling projects in department stores. I also prepare unit support (Mtra), generate price/budget packages, and supervise construction activities while reviewing structural, hydraulic, electrical, and sanitary plans.

Earlier in my career, I led public-works project teams in the City Council of Naucalpan, holding roles such as Director of Projects, Public Works and Head of Department of Projects, Public Works. I established sustainability guidelines, coordinated resource use for ecology-focused projects, authorized and projected sustainable works, and supervised on-site delivery of green areas, parks, sports facilities, and urban infrastructure.

Beyond architecture, I bring multidisciplinary design capabilities, including work as an architect and as a designer/animator of objects and characters. My technical workflow is supported by tools such as AutoCAD, CYPE Ingenieros, and design software (Photoshop, CorelDRAW), helping me produce accurate technical documentation and visual deliverables.
