At PUERTA LAS LOMAS, I designed and executed an approximately 2,500 m² high-end residential project. I supervised site progress, specialized construction work, finishes, quality, and contractor estimates.
I developed the executive architectural project for a high-end residence at PALMILLA CALETA. I coordinated architectural and engineering documentation, developed finishes and exterior areas, and prepared 3D models and renderings.
At RESIDENCIAL CERRO COLORADO, I provided homeowner support through delivery, post-sales, and warranty processes. I managed inspections, punch lists, warranty requests, and handover documentation.
Earlier, I performed construction quality control and site supervision at FINCAMEX JOYAS DE CORTEZ, and provided architectural and technical support for municipal and company projects. My work has included coordinating contractors, vendors, engineers, and property owners through construction issues and project completion.
