I develop architectural projects independently, taking them from initial conceptualization through design development and technical documentation. My selected work includes a mixed-use building, a dental clinic, residential apartments, a spa, and commercial renovations.
At V27, I review architectural and construction drawings, coordinate design adjustments and construction teams, and monitor progress, budgets, schedules, and resource allocation. I previously worked as a Construction Site Manager, supervising construction activities and coordinating personnel and subcontractors.
At Alarcón Arquitectos, I participated in preliminary designs and project visualizations, and supported project development and presentation through 3D visualization. I use AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, D5 Render, and V-Ray.
