At Maersk, I led three engineering managers and four scrum teams across Origin, Transportation Management, and Customs products. I drove a monolith-to-microservices migration, enabled one-touch daily CI/CD deployments, and delivered more than 2,000 man-hours in savings through automated deployments.
At Target India, I founded and scaled the SRE practice to 30 engineers and transformed system administration into an infrastructure developer team. My Self-Heal System automated 80% of support work and has saved more than 50,000 man-hours.
