I’m a Seasoned Workforce Management, IT Resource Management & PMO leader with 16+ years of experience driving AI augmented Forecasting, Capacity planning, Seat Utilization, Scheduling, and Resource onboarding/offboarding. I specialize in AI augmented Forecasting and workforce planning/operational governance for multi-channel environments—voice, non-voice, chat, and critical business functions.
As Head of Workforce Management for CCI GLOBAL, I lead global transformation and setup of the WFM function across the US, UK, Australia and South Africa, supporting FSI and non-FSI clients. I manage AI augmented forecasting and governance for 10,000+ employees, direct financial governance (budgeting, P&L, profitability analysis, and executive reporting), and build scalable WFM Center of Excellence (COE) models, including Global Command Centers.
Previously, at HSBC Software Development India Pvt. Ltd., I led PMO, IT Resource Management, and WFM Shared Services for Global Operations & Automation, supporting 2,500+ resources across multiple regions.
