What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a dynamic HR role where I can support recruitment, training, and employee engagement. I want a collaborative culture that values communication, growth, and practical impact on people and processes.

I’m an MBA (HR) student with practical experience in academic counseling and student-facing support, where I delivered career guidance, admissions assistance, and documentation handling. I’m people-oriented and focused on clear communication that helps individuals succeed.

Through my internship as an Academic Counselor (Integral University) and ongoing work as a Campus Ambassador (Karo Startup, Virtual), I strengthened my interpersonal skills and student engagement approach. I learned how to connect with people, understand their needs, and support smooth processes in fast-moving environments.

I’m also building my HR foundation through “The HR Generalist course by Keka Academy,” along with training in accounting and business strategy. I’m seeking a dynamic HR role where I can apply recruitment, training, and employee engagement skills to contribute to organizational growth.
