I’m looking for a remote Finance Business Partner/FP&A role where I can partner with leadership, build strong planning and controls, and apply automation to deliver clear, executive-ready financial insights for a global, technology-driven business.

I’m a Finance Business Partner and FP&A leader with 13+ years of experience partnering with executive leadership to translate financial data into strategic decisions. My background spans FP&A, financial controlling, and operations management across a multinational hospitality group and a 9-company corporate group.

I lead planning and performance management—owning rolling cash flow forecasting, budgeting/reforecast cycles, scenario analysis, variance analysis, and executive reporting through Power BI dashboards. As the primary finance partner to the CEO and board, I turn results into actionable insights that guide operational and investment decisions, while building financial process discipline across multiple entities.

I’m also hands-on with automation and controls: I’ve deployed Python automation in production, built ERP-integrated reporting frameworks, and strengthened fiscal compliance through NFS-e issuance controls and CFOP validation. I’m especially proud of recovering R$ 1M+ in overdue receivables and protecting the business from fiscal exposure, while mentoring and managing a finance team.
