What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead FP&A in a multinational environment where I can strengthen planning culture, governance, forecasting, and strategic business partnering.

I currently lead FP&A at Inspired Education Group, overseeing the full P&L across 12 business units following M&A integration. I drive consolidated budgets, rolling forecasts, variance analysis, and financial governance.

My work focuses on building a stronger planning culture through optimized processes, strategic KPIs, and CAPEX and OPEX allocation decisions that improve resource efficiency.

Previously at BAT Brasil, I partnered with multiple departments on budgeting and Actual vs. Plan tracking, managing rolling-forecast P&L budgets with consolidated budgets exceeding USD 200 million. I also developed dashboards and reports for international group end-markets and identified opportunities to improve operating profit.

I've also supported financial feasibility analysis, systems implementation, SOx controls, audit coordination, cash flow, tax analysis, and financial controls. My accounting background and MBA in Business Management help me turn complex financial data into actionable business decisions.
