What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead and scale FP&A in a technology business, partnering with executives to turn operational data into financial decisions, stronger planning, and sustainable growth.

At Trinus Co., I lead FP&A across financial planning, management reporting, data infrastructure, and process transformation. I build dashboards, executive scorecards, close workflows, payroll forecasts, and cost-optimization models using Excel, Power Query, and SQL Server.

Previously at Rocket.Chat, I established the Finance Department and built the company’s FP&A function from the ground up. I reduced monthly close to five days through NetSuite implementation and process improvements, while developing budget and forecast models spanning payroll, OPEX, CAPEX, revenue, P&L, and cash flow.

My experience also includes leading LATAM FP&A at Dassault Systèmes, where I reduced cost-classification errors by 95%, and delivering R$40M in annual fuel savings at LATAM Airlines through route analysis. I turn operational performance and KPIs into clear financial insights for leaders, boards, and stakeholders.
