What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a senior FP&A, business controlling or strategic finance role in an international environment, focused on planning, forecasting, performance management, business partnering and data-driven decision-making.

I'm an FP&A and Business Controlling professional with 12 years of experience in finance, including more than five years leading financial performance across multiple business units.

As Regional Financial Controller at Elis Group, I was responsible for planning, forecasting, P&L analysis, cost control, CAPEX, KPIs and business partnering across seven operations representing approximately BRL 300M in annual net revenue. During this period, I helped improve EBITDA margin by 2.5 percentage points and reduce billing discrepancies from 7% to 2%.

I also worked at Elis Group's headquarters in Paris, supporting international reporting, consolidation and business planning across seven countries with approximately €900M in annual revenue, partnering with CFOs, CEOs and senior leadership.

My core strengths are FP&A, financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting, performance analysis, Power BI, Excel, management reporting and turning financial data into practical business decisions. I'm currently pursuing the CIMA Strategic Level.
