At Avramar, I manage strategic relationships with 20+ key accounts, including Mercadona, El Corte Inglés, Alcampo, Esselunga, and Portuguese retail chains. I designed an incident-control system that delivered five consecutive years without incidents for Mercadona and a 5/5 client management score.

I use customer insights and market data to improve commercial and content strategy, while collaborating across sales, marketing, finance, controlling, and IT. I also drove automation for order confirmations and price-list dispatch, co-designing the price-list logic with the IT team.

I bring a creative foundation from agency art direction and digital content work, including campaigns that grew a brand Instagram audience by 122%. My UX/UI and AI-for-marketing training helps me connect design, content, and practical marketing operations.
