I’m looking to continue in a fast-paced ambulatory setting where I can use Epic, prior authorizations, and high-volume scheduling to improve patient access. I value compliance, clear communication, and resolving issues quickly.

I’m a bilingual medical administrative professional with 10+ years of experience in high-volume ambulatory care and patient access. I focus on inbound/outbound patient communications, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, referrals/prior authorizations, and clinical triage support.

At Loma Linda University Health, I manage high-volume calls for appointment scheduling, rescheduling, reminders, and patient inquiries. I document encounters and route messages in Epic, maintaining accurate demographics, insurance, and consent in line with HIPAA.

I process referrals and prior authorizations end-to-end, coordinating with payers, providers, and patients to expedite care. I also support clinic flow through EMR updates, chart management, and queue monitoring—consistently meeting QA and productivity goals.
