What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a position where I can use my medical records, EMR, data entry, transcription, and customer service skills every day.

I'm currently abstracting specific patient-chart information from one EMR and entering it into Epic at Guide IT.

Previously at CIOX Health, I validated medical record requests, released records to patients, attorneys, and insurance companies, and helped train new employees. My work combines medical terminology, EMR navigation, data entry, and customer service.

I've also supported office operations through website updates, customer contracts, filing, affidavit approvals, and job entry for legal service work.

I'm comfortable working accurately with sensitive records and using Cerner, Epic, EpiCare, Allscripts, PowerChart, Microsoft Office, and 10-key keyboarding.
