At PTSGI, I write and update English service and user manuals for consumer electronics. I structure technical information around user goals and task flows, and work with local R&D engineers to document servicing procedures.
At Paraqlet Solutions LLC., I led website design from stakeholder requirements through launch, creating personas, mapping user flows, and implementing the site in Odoo CMS. I also built a docs-as-code brand style guide using AsciiDoc and Git, deployed through an Antora workflow on Cloudflare Pages.
As an intern on NVIDIA's Benefits Team, I led the design of an internal global retirement benefits site and redesigned external benefits website navigation. I also wrote and copyedited web pages and authored knowledge-base articles for an AI chatbot.
