At University of Colorado Boulder, I lead projects and workstreams for a system-wide Time & Labor implementation spanning five campuses. The work includes third-party integrations, a TimeClock Plus implementation, and a university-wide transition from monthly to biweekly payroll.
I designed and launched a centralized ClickUp portfolio environment used by 10+ team members to manage 20 HRIT projects and 700+ tasks. It replaced fragmented tracking with automated risk reporting and clearer visibility into delivery blockers.
Before moving into project management, I worked in HR Shared Services at University of Colorado Boulder as a Senior Payroll Coordinator & Contract Specialist and Payroll Coordinator. I supported complex PeopleSoft HCM transactions, created process guides and training materials, and developed an Excel-based contract pay calculator adopted across the HRSC team.
Outside my university roles, I teach, design, and judge for competitive marching arts organizations, including Carolina Crown, Phantom Regiment, and Blue Knights Percussion Ensemble. My design work includes programs recognized as national WGI finalists and state champions.
