What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own end-to-end analytics, run rigorous genomics/GWAS workflows, and communicate insights clearly to diverse stakeholders, backed by strong data quality standards and cross-functional collaboration.

I am an analytically rigorous M.Sc. Biotechnology postgraduate with a demonstrated ability to structure complex problems and synthesize large datasets into actionable insights. I independently own end-to-end research workstreams—from hypothesis formulation and data analysis to interpretation and structured reporting.

In my GWAS workstream role, I scoped the problem, built and executed the analysis pipeline, and delivered actionable findings in a consulting-style lifecycle. I used PLINK and Genome Studio with rigorous QC frameworks, applied logistic/linear regression to isolate significant signals, and translated results into clear Manhattan/QQ plots and R dashboards for non-specialist reviewers. I also validated conclusions against external reference databases (NCBI, Ensembl, GWAS Catalog) to ensure evidence-based rigor.

I bring cross-functional collaboration skills from academic, industry, and lab settings, and I look for opportunities where strong problem-solving, stakeholder communication, and ownership directly drive outcomes.
